Most people, it seems, eventual ly get a virus or some other form of malware on their computer. Our best advice is to use protection, stay current on updates, and know the warning signs of a potential problem. Some signs of a virus or malware infection are:

Your Network Should Work For You - Get Your Wi-Fi Up & Running
Ideally your office or home has seamless wireless coverage that reaches every place you would need it. Reality puts obstacles in the way - such as walls, fireplaces, poor router placement, competing signals, and and other electro-magnetic noise. Email Should Be Easy
If you are having issues with your email then you are not alone. Free email offerings generally have very little support. Hosted business class email is generally much more robust and secure - but might need a bit more work to get up and running. I can help you get what you have back up and running, while securing it as much as possible. Or we can discuss business class products that take you to another level.
Take Advantage of the Cloud
The Cloud is supposed to make things easier - let me help you achieve that goal. Whether the Cloud you want to use is iCloud, a Google Cloud, DropBox, or something else, the objective is usually to provide access from anywhere and sync infomation between your various computers and devices. I can help you navigate this technology and get things running smoothly.
Pricing and Packages
The general onsite rate is $80 an hour plus a $20 scheduling fee, one hour minimum, prorated thereafter. Remote support is offered for $60 an hour, prorated, to existing clients only, no ongoing aggreement required. Please call for an estimate for your problem - I can offer specific pricing packages for some issues and offer a discount when work is done offsite and overnight.
Do You Need to Get Rid of Some Old Computer Equipment?
Please check the links below for full details on several options for recycling your computer or other home electronic equipment, including what is and is not accepted and where. If you are concerned about removing the contents of your hard drive before getting rid of your old computer then you should wipe the drive.
